KindlyDone · Flagship product
Know exactly where your site stands.
Digital accessibility audits and consulting, built on lived experience — not just a compliance checklist.
How it works
STEP 1
Audit
You ask us to look at your site, and we audit the real pages your customers use.
STEP 2
KindlyDone Score
A 0–100 score, weighted by issue severity, with the full finding list.
STEP 3
Fix roadmap
A prioritized remediation plan — done yourself, or done with us.
The KindlyDone Score
A 0–100 score weighted by how severe each issue actually is — a missing form label counts for more than a missing landmark. Framed against WCAG 2.2 AA, with context for AODA (Ontario), ADA (US), and EAA (EU).
Ask for a reviewWhy severity-weighted?
A raw count of issues can make a small, mostly-fine site look worse than a large site with a handful of blocking problems. Weighting by real impact keeps the number honest.
What could accessibility barriers be costing you?
Roughly 1 in 4 adults has a disability (U.S. CDC, 2023). This is a directional estimate, not a guarantee — it's meant to make the conversation concrete, not to predict your exact numbers.
Ways to work with KindlyDone
Four ways in. Pick one to jump straight to what it includes.
We put the figure on the card because you should be able to tell whether this is worth a conversation without having to have the conversation first.
Tier 1 of four · Audit
Aware — $1,500 CAD, one-time
A full KindlyDone audit of your site, and the report that comes out of it.
- A full WCAG scorecard.
- Every finding ranked, worst first.
- Quick wins you can act on straight away.
- Who this opens your doors to — the people the barriers are keeping out.
- Screen reader and keyboard testing, done by hand and not only by a scanner.
- An executive summary with a risk-priority matrix.
The report arrives in an accessible format, and you can read three real audits in full before you decide.
Your report arrives within five business days. The five days start when your payment goes through, not when we get round to it, and the confirmation email tells you the exact date.
Best for: firms who want to know where they stand.
Start an Aware audit — $1,500 CAD
We ask which website to audit and check you may ask us to test it, then payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe's own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Would you rather talk it through first? Ask us about an Aware audit and we will answer before you spend anything.
Tier 2 of four · Remediation
Grow — quoted per engagement
Everything in Aware, and then the work of putting it right — written as guidance your own developers can act on.
- Front-end code fixes.
- Semantic HTML repair.
- ARIA labelling.
- Keyboard navigation.
- Contrast work.
- PDF and document accessibility.
- One re-scan afterwards, to confirm the score actually moved.
Quoted per engagement, because what it takes follows the size of the site.
Best for: firms who have seen their audit and want the problems solved, especially against a deadline.
Tier 3 of four · Monitoring
Scale — $199 a month, or $399 a month
$199 a month re-scanned monthly, or $399 a month re-scanned weekly.
Best for: firms who have already remediated and want to stay that way as the site keeps changing, rather than quietly drifting back out.
Tier 4 of four · Full bundle
Enterprise — quoted per organization
Audit, remediation and a year of monitoring, together. The whole journey: where you are, put right, and staying that way.
Best for: organizations who know there is real work to do and want one partner for all of it.
How you compare
Independent research (the WebAIM Million study) has repeatedly found accessibility errors on the vast majority of home pages tested across the web. Our own baseline of twenty Ontario professional-services sites scored between 72 and 100 — you can read three of those audits in full. Every KindlyDone audit shows where your score sits against that picture, and against your own past scans as you fix things.
